How to use a Google review QR code

Connect the correct review link, make a clear invitation, and test your QR before putting it on the counter.

Use your business’s review link

Get the review link for the correct location from your Google Business Profile. Open it on a phone before adding it as a destination. Confirm the business name and location match the place where the Display will be used.

Copy that link into a dynamic QR in QR Studio. Name the code for the location or placement so it stays easy to manage.

Ask for an honest review

Use a neutral invitation such as ‘Tell us about your visit’. Do not promise a discount or reward in exchange for reviews, and do not direct only satisfied customers to the public review form. Follow Google’s current review policies.

Your sign should invite feedback, not imply that a specific rating is required.

Test the customer’s full journey

Scan the final artwork from a second phone. Check that it opens the correct listing or review form. Sign-in requirements belong to Google and can vary with the visitor’s session.

If your business review URL changes, update the dynamic destination. The printed QR pattern stays the same.

Choose digital artwork or a Display

Download a QR for your existing print materials or choose a Google Review Display from the shop. Purchased Displays use their own management links and do not consume the Studio dynamic QR allowance.

Check both the scans in your dashboard and the reviews in Google. A scan does not prove that a review was submitted.
