Who operates this service

QR Business Displays provides QR code creation, destination management, scan analytics, and physical Displays.

Information we use

We process account details such as email and username; QR names, destination links and uploaded images; subscription and order records; shipping information; and messages you send to support. Authentication credentials and management PINs are protected rather than stored as readable passwords.

When someone scans a managed QR code, we process request information to redirect the visitor, detect bots, and calculate analytics. Scan records can include time, QR identifier, approximate region, device/browser type, referrer hostname, and a pseudonymous visitor hash. The scan-event table does not store the raw IP address. Hosting and security providers may separately process IP addresses and request logs.

How information is used and shared

We use information to operate the service, maintain accounts, fulfill orders, measure QR activity, prevent abuse, resolve problems, and handle billing. Supabase provides database, authentication, and file storage. Vercel hosts the website. Stripe processes payments; card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored in our application database. Shipping providers receive information needed to deliver physical orders.

Cookies and destinations

We use cookies for sign-in and management sessions, and browser storage for features such as the shopping cart. A QR destination may lead to a third-party website with its own privacy practices. Do not upload sensitive personal information to public QR artwork or link pages.

Retention and choices

Account, QR, analytics, and order data are retained as needed to provide the service, support customers, meet recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes. Temporary Studio drafts expire after seven days and are scheduled for cleanup. Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and retain information required for legal or security reasons.
