Using QR Business Displays

Use the service only for lawful purposes and destinations you are authorized to publish. Do not use QR codes for phishing, malware, impersonation, or misleading claims. Keep your account credentials and Management QR/PIN private. You are responsible for the links, artwork, and other content you provide.

Free and paid plans

A free business account includes one active dynamic QR code and unlimited static QR codes. Pro includes up to 30 active dynamic QR codes total and scan analytics, for $12 billed monthly or $120 billed annually in full ($10/month equivalent). Pricing is per business account. Applicable charges are shown in checkout.

Subscriptions renew on the chosen schedule until canceled through Manage billing. Canceling renewal keeps access through the paid period. After paid access ends, the oldest active dynamic code remains available under the free allowance; additional dynamic codes are preserved but paused. You can deactivate codes or upgrade to restore access within the allowance.

QR codes and Displays

Static QR destinations cannot be edited after generation and do not provide managed scan analytics. Studio-created dynamic QR codes and custom dynamic Displays share the plan allowance. Purchased physical Displays are separate one-time purchases and do not count toward it or require a Pro subscription for link management.

Test QR artwork on real phones at its final size before printing or distributing it. Colors, contrast, logos, size, glare, and third-party destinations can affect scanning. Management features depend on the continued operation of the service and the destination websites.

Orders and support

Physical orders are subject to our shipping policy and returns and refunds policy. Contact support for billing or service problems. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy and service changes

Our privacy policy explains how we handle account and scan information. We may update service features and these terms; material pricing changes should be disclosed before they apply to your next purchase or renewal.
